Napa Valley Vineyards

Markham is found off of the main St. Helena Highway before you get to BV. The entrance to the tasting room follows the path of two long fountains on either side of the walkway and down to the towering stone building where production occurs. The tasting room inside is a cross between a boutique and an art museum, which is sure to stimulate any visitor. The tasting hosts are very helpful to pointing out good restaurants and other wineries to stop off at during your visit too. Markham is known for their Merlots and Cabernet Sauvignon. Check out their Celebrity Cellars collection as well. They offer four different special etched bottles featuring Madonna, Kiss and Rolling Stones images on the bottle. These collectors’ bottles are pricey, but if you’re a fan, then this would certainly be a unique piece to own.
