kitchen staff not practicing proper health hygiene - Sept. 23, 2009

The food and presentations were excellent, husband and I were seated at a booth with copper windows looking thru the kitchen. front line chef assistant just kept tasting, eating and when using spoons to taste would keep putting back in the pan with saliva mixing to the sauces that is going out to the table....this can be a serious unhealthy practice, will not go back again
